.: A journey to remember

Hello! My post today is a simple one. Finally, I’ve graduated...officially! Or not yet .__. Or on the 15^th December will be the my final day as a student in Penang Free School.

But, who cares! I had loads of fun today in school because today was the last day of school, for every student. Mine finished last two weeks ago.

So, I went around the school today to take some photos with the teachers and they wished us all the best for this coming Monday’s STPM. *trembles

It was a wonderful journey. The road of life twists and turns and no two directions are ever the same. Yet our lessons come from the journey, not the destination.

Throughout my time in Lower Six and Upper six, it has been a wonderful journey, I’m blessed to have such friends who went through ups and downs with me together, always here when I’m down and etc. It doesn’t matter anymore who came and left, the most important part is, to focus on the journey, not the destination. Joy is found not in finishing an activity, but in doing it.

Through ups and downs, life in school is pretty hard sometimes that I couldn't help it but to..

sleep. But, life has to move on.

Busy like a boss. Actually I was on my way to the pond for a friend's birthday celebration. I was late because I had to attend vocal training for the Beauty and the Beast drama.

Besides that, me, Your Highness as the school prefect, I was pretty busy..

School assemblies, *points* that was during Teachers' Day. Sighs* To be honest, we prefects have to do almost everything. Well, my 'everything' included *can't say it here* -troll face-

LOL. *clears throat* Your Highness giving speech xD

Serious business. Was in Penang Sports Club twice for Interact Club's event. As the co MC of the day, with Benedict << the most talented guy on Earth.

Talent Time 2010

Interact Club's Installation day held in Penang Free School's main hall. Our theme was ~~suapa~~ FOREST AKA Go Green ;D

Then, another event. Friends and I went to Seremban for umm three days for a talk. "What is Interact about?" The answer is...

Then :O I got stalked. This was.. I wasn't sure when but I think this was during the Lower Six Orientation Games, where we get to ~~torture~~ get to know our dear Juniors *grins*

The huge event ::: Annual Sports Day. I was in Wu Lien Teh aka green house. All my life since primary until now, I was in green house. Semangat hijau! *flips hair*

Then, my surprised birthday party by my classmates in school. That was last year. They successfully turned me into a horrible and terrible *can't find a word*

Then, friend's birthday outside school. As you can see the lamest person on Earth is still wearing their school uniform. That was my leg xD

Then, after a talk in USM about ELLS course, we went to a friend's house to have a relaxing time. Apparently all the what-to-take-after-STPM drove us crazy and we needed a break. Big people with small and little forest =3

I like it it's so dramatic :O

As much as I missed Lower Six cus we get to go out almost every week. Outing with friends! xx

Then, friends who went to colleges. It is a good thing we still keep in touch although we're not in the same school. I, was in a friend's house, having an advertisement session so I promoted everything she has in her closet.

I need not elaborate further -.-

This was last year's Prom, when I was in Lower Six. Theme of the Prom was Masquerade.

Then, I won the title of Freshie Queen. Meaning, the Prom Queen for Lower Sixes.

So, this was last few months back. My Upper Six Prom x) Theme of the night was Hollywood. *silence*

My God bro's wedding! All these five young ladies are my sisters. Cousins to be exact but we're like close sisters :D

Although my life in Penang Free School as a Form Six student, you must have thought that it's awful, miserable, suck, very tiring and a waste of time. But, it wasn't that really bad. With friends you can trust, fool around, everything will turn out alright.

Besides academic, co curriculum is another thing. The biggest event I've taken part in was as a lead actress/role in The Beauty and the Beast drama. Apart from that, this is also what I like to do. Was involved in The King and I last year as a minor role though.

In Dewan Budaya, USM. Final week of the Drama. Had some time to chill out with friends/cast. Thought I'd screwed the whole thing up at first but everything turned out pretty awesome at last :P

The real show day. Was very cold at the backstage and had to cover myself up with hoodie. With full make up but hair undone.

At backstage, calming myself down by checking out the photos my friend has taken before the show started. I was kind enough to share my main cast room with others. Because, this time the Dewan's smaller compared to Dewan Sri Pinang last year where we had our musical of The King and I. Basically, one changing room for all the cast and you know? I can't share my changing room with others as I've a lot to change. So, a few shared with me. This room is also used for make up room! Imagine how crowded would it be? Another room, which was my main cast room. Teacher director has given out instructions not to let others come in and interrupt but as long as they keep quiet and let me rest, I wouldn't mind to let them have the space in the room :)

Get to know each other is a good thing! ;D So, people won't have the bad thinking of how show off I was -.- and I'm not. Was playing around with one of the backstage crew. Naughty crews, bully me kao kao and because I was having so much fun fooling around until I forgot that I was the main star that night..and that I had to take care of my image and to show I'm all decent!

After a week, it came out in Star newspaper. Two other papers as well the following days. Two full page with fantastic write up!

Okay, so, that was how it ended up :) Really missed it, those crazy times we had in the main cast room and everywhere in the auditorium xD Oh have I ever told you that there was once I went up to this little balcony on each side of the auditorium and I looked down from up there. The responses I got were *can't find a word* Teacher directors and student directors were yelling O.O

After that when I was on my way to the co-co room with him, first kick a** attempt LOL. He did not know I was actually doing that behind him.

Okay then here we are with Mdm Nor Baini in her co-co room, our co-co teacher. She kissed me on both my cheeks before leaving, as she wished me best of luck for my STPM.

Mr Syamsul, our Business sir. Although I hate Business as how much as I hate worms. But, yeah, one of Uni's requirements is to get at least a credit for Business and ugh. I hate the idea of this but it's not like I have a choice, righttt?

Co-co room is very near to Staff Room B. So, we went to take some pictures with Miss Girlie! She was our costume teacher for Beauty and the Beast, it means the head for every kind of departments. We had ticketing, costumes, props, backstage crews, backdrop, programme book, etc.

Alas, the third attempt outside Staff Room B x) but failed.

On our way back to Prefects' room, this is our LADS board (Literary and Debating Society). Our year was much more creative! ;D The Lower Six took over this board so kthxbai
